Privacy Policy

INCRO, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as INCRO) wishes to inform all the users of this INTERNET PORTAL (hereinafter referred to as Users and Portal respectively) of its Privacy Policy, in particular the measures it has taken in relation to the Protection of Personal Data.

Likewise, this Privacy Policy will apply to any third party whose data is collected by INCRO for subsequent processing within the scope of its business activities, who will also be referred to as Users.

INCRO reserves the right to regularly update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to any new legislation, jurisprudence, and/or decisions of the Spanish Data Protection Agency as and when they arise. Consequently, INCRO invites Users to review this Policy, the General Sales Conditions and the Legal Notice on a regular basis.

1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

On some pages of the Portal, or in the different forms for sending by email or any other means, including by conventional post, Users will be asked to provide their personal details such as their full names, email address, home address, telephone number, etc. (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data) so that the company can provide certain services and also deal as efficiently as possible with any questions or queries that are processed through the Portal or any other means of communication.

In accordance with the provisions of the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), INCRO would like to inform its Users about the following points:

Processing of Personal Data

The Personal Data collected by INCRO through the Portal or any other form and/or medium will be added to the corresponding data files owned by the company, which are duly registered internal registry of data files/processing, in order to process any requests, applications or queries submitted by Users and to expand and improve the services and content to which Users have access on the Portal or through any other medium.

By completing and sending the different forms via the Portal or any other means, Users expressly accept and consent to the processing of their Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Purpose of Data Processing

INCRO collects and uses your personal data in order to manage the services you have requested as well as to respond to requests for information or any other request made by Users through any of the contact forms provided. The specific purpose of each type of data processing will be identified in its respective form.

The Personal Data collected by INCRO may also be used to send updates and/or information of a technical or commercial nature, by conventional or electronic means, about the services or content offered by INCRO through its Portal or other media, either now or in the future. For this purpose, a clearly identified box will be included in the personal data collection forms to allow Users to choose to exclude the option of receiving technical or commercial messages in the future from INCRO or any other company in the INCRO Group. If this box is ticked, it will not be possible to collect the User’s personal data for this purpose.

If necessary, INCRO may allow access to the data provided by Users to certain suppliers that provide some form of service, such as computer maintenance, sending emails or conventional post, customer service, legal advice, or companies responsible for shipments and deliveries. These suppliers have been expressly prohibited from using these personal data for any other purpose than those strictly referred to in the corresponding service provision contract, and they are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of these data as well as adopting whatever security measures may be necessary to safeguard this confidentiality.

Data Transfer

As far as INCRO is concerned, none of the personal data that has been provided to INCRO through the Portal or any other form will be transferred to third parties, apart from the companies in its business group, or when Users have given their express authorization to this effect, or when the form for collecting personal data states otherwise.

Retention of Personal Data

The Personal Data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest and the User has not requested its erasure or opposed its processing. In all cases, the personal data will be retained for the time necessary to comply with the legally corresponding obligations.

Users’ Rights

As the owner of the Personal Data, you have the following rights:

The right to withdraw the consent given for the processing of your personal data at any time;
The right of access to the information that we process about you;
The right to rectify your data, in the event that they are inaccurate or incomplete;
The right to erasure when, among other reasons, your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
The right to oppose the processing of your data, even when this is for commercial purposes;
The right to limit data processing when, among other conditions, the rights to rectification or opposition of processing have been requested;
The right to portability of the data you have provided in a structured, widely-used and machine-readable format;
The right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with current legislation.

In particular, you are informed that you may oppose the receipt of commercial messages by sending an email to the address given in the General Information section below, putting ‘Cancel Commercial Communications’ in the subject line.

2. SECURITY MEASURES

When processing Personal Data, INCRO strives to attain the necessary security levels to ensure the confidentiality of these data. However, Users should be aware that due to the very nature of the internet, security levels are not always entirely reliable.

3. USE OF COOKIES

INCRO may occasionally use cookies when the User is browsing its Portal. Through these cookies, it is possible for the INCRO Portal to recognize Users after they have visited for the first time, without the need to configure certain display or technical options of the Portal every time they visit. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous User and their computer, and do not themselves provide the User’s name and surname.

The cookies we use cannot read data on your hard drive or read cookies created by other providers or websites.

Users have the option of configuring their browser so they are notified on screen of the receipt of cookies or prevent the installation of cookies on their hard drive. Please refer to your browser’s instructions or manuals for more detailed information in this respect.

4. IP ADDRESSES

The navigation process of Users on the Portal, as on any other website, portal or web page, may eventually provide the INCRO Portal with the IP address assigned for that session by the User’s internet access provider. INCRO does not retain the IP address from one connection to another, nor does it associate this electronic identity, nor is it technically possible to associate it, with any specific User.

5. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES OR PORTALS

This Portal contains links to other web pages or websites. INCRO is not responsible for the privacy practices or Data Protection policies of those websites. If you have any queries about the privacy of these websites, please visit them directly and check their Legal Notices and Privacy Policies.
