Incro, S.A.<\/strong> entstand mit der Aufgabe, zum weltweit f\u00fchrenden Engineeringbetrieb<\/strong>\u00a0f\u00fcr die Technologielizenz der D\u00fcngemittelindustrie zu werden. Seitdem wurde unserUmweltkonzept f\u00fcr die Aufbereitung von gasf\u00f6rmigen Emissionen und Abw\u00e4ssern in mehreren Hundert Werken der Branche eingef\u00fchrt. 1989 fusionierte CROS mit ERT (Explosivos R\u00edo Tinto) und f\u00fchrte zu Ercros, dem gr\u00f6\u00dften spanischen Unternehmen f\u00fcr Chemikalien. Incro, S.A.<\/strong> wurde damit in die Tochtergesellschaft f\u00fcr D\u00fcngemittel eingegliedert, die sp\u00e4ter Fertiberia<\/strong> genannt wurde. Sechs Jahre sp\u00e4ter, d. h. 1995, wurde Fertiberia von Grupo Villar Mir, einem in Branchen wie Baugewerbe, Chemie, H\u00fcttenwesen, Energie, Umweltschutz und Dienstleistungen diversifizierten Industriekonzern mit spanischem Kapital, erworben.<\/p>\n

Unsere Umweltidee f\u00fcr die Aufbereitung von gasf\u00f6rmigen Emissionen und Abw\u00e4ssern wurde in mehreren Hundert Werken der D\u00fcngemittelbranche eingef\u00fchrt. Mit dem Ziel, unsere Kenntnisse in anderen Bereichen der Industrie anzuwenden, entstand 1999 der Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich f\u00fcr Umweltprojekte. Er war der Keim f\u00fcr Incro Water. Das Unternehmen entwickelt eigene Patente und nutzt Patente Dritter f\u00fcr die Konstruktion und den Bau von Aufbereitungsanlagen f\u00fcr industrielle Abw\u00e4sser <\/strong>und in kleinerem Rahmen Anlagen f\u00fcr gasf\u00f6rmige Emissionen und Schlammstabilisierung.<\/p>\n

Mit dem Erwerb der Dragados Gruppe durch die\u00a0ACS Gruppe im Jahr 2002 wurde unser Aktion\u00e4r Intecsa<\/strong> Teil des industriellen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichs dieses Gro\u00dfkonzerns.<\/p>\n

2020 wurde Grupo Fertiberia<\/strong><\/a> in das Investmentportfolio der Venture-Capital-Gesellschaft\u00a0Triton<\/a><\/strong> \u00a0aufgenommen. Dieser Investmentfonds verwaltet 42 internationale Unternehmen mit \u00fcber 82.000 Mitarbeitern in Branchen der Industrie sowie des Konsum- und Gesundheitsweses.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2022 erwirbt die Vinci-Gruppe<\/strong><\/a> das Industriegesch\u00e4ft von ACS.
